CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you discover damage or a defect after delivery, contact ecom@gutereise.in within 7 days of delivery of the products. We will work to resolve the issue and, in our sole discretion, we will Authorize a return & Issue a replacement.

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 7 to 10 working days through the same payment mode you made the payment i.e. electronic transfer Online Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card etc .. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. www.gutereise.in has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.gutereise.in and accept www.gutereise.in decision regarding the cancellation.
