The polyester exterior is water resistant and easy to clean, while the EVA laminate inside creates a pliable, supple lining that is characterized by a smooth clear surface, stress endurance and cut resistance.
- ULTIMATE PORTABLE COOKING TOOLKIT: Front compartment to store additional gadgets or dirty apron after use. Top handle to lift & carry the Folder with a detachable shoulder strap. A window for ID or name tag. Trolley pass-through fixes the Folder onto luggage. Elastic bands & Velcro straps securely store the knives to ensure maximum stability. Loop to attach the key so that it has a fixed place. Mash pocket (not cut proof) with zipper for smaller utensils such as shears, spatulas, or peelers.
