ERGONOMIC KNIFE WITH WAVY EDGE:
The Victorinox Wood kitchen knives are enhanced with a razor-sharp and thin blade made from stainless steel. The same steel that is used for the famous Victorinox Swiss pocket knives. This Swiss Made Knife has a 22 cm wavy-edged blade made with 316L surgical grade, rust-free stainless steel. This food-grade blade is easy to re-sharpen and maintains over a lifetime. -
ERGONOMIC WOOD HANDLE:
The ergonomic handle is made from modified maple wood. This dark-coloured wood makes the knives look elegant and graceful. The handle is sanded by hand for a comfortable grip. Modified maple wood is stable and hard with long service life. It is also resistant to rot, fungi and other wood-destroying microorganisms. Because of the wooden handle, the knives are not dishwasher proof. So simply clean and dry them by hand after use! -

Victorinox AG guarantees all knives and tools to be of first class stainless steel and also guarantees a life time against any defects in material and workmanship. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse are not covered by this guarantee.

Why it's special?
The Wood Bread and Pastry Knife, with its wavy edge, can effortlessly cut through crusts and tough rinds and can be used to handle any tough-skinned vegetable. The sharpened grooves help cut foods with a more rigid surface. Tends to stay sharp longer than straight-edged blades.
