    The ergonomic handle is made from modified maple wood. This dark-coloured wood makes the knives look elegant and graceful. The handle is sanded by hand for a comfortable grip. Because of the wooden handle, the knives are not dishwasher proof. So simply clean and dry them by hand after use!
